We are also happy to announce ……we are expanding the Project DayDream Vocal Department in fall 2010 with the addition of a new women's vocal ensemble!'Reverie' (which means 'daydream' in French) will be a new vocal ensemble for young women in 10th-12th grades. It will be in the style of a female 'beauty shop' quartet as most pieces will be performed a cappella with tight 3-5 part harmonies, but will include approximately 8-12 members and will perform a wide range of musical styles. Prerequisites for audition: Girls must be entering 10th-12th grade in fall 2010 and must have sung with an advanced vocal ensemble (3-5 part harmonies) for at least 2 years. Interested young women must also demonstrate a high level of motivation, professionalism, commitment and independent musical skills.
